What to Know Before You Book

Reservations & Deposits

The Garage accommodates up to 65 seated guests.

Private events are booked in 3-hour time slots and are not available Friday or Saturday nights.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve The Garage. Your deposit and any additional payments are applied to the final bill.

Food & Beverage Minimums

  • The Garage Luncheon — $1,500
  • The Garage Dinner — $2,000
  • Main Dining Room Area Luncheon — $1,500
  • Main Bar Area Luncheon — $1,500

Menu Selection & Guest Count

Menu selections and your final guest count are required one week before your scheduled event.

Please share any specific dietary requests at that time. We can customize your menu to accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies.

Flowers & Decorations

You're welcome to bring your own flowers and table decorations.

Decorations cannot be attached to walls, doors, windows, or light fixtures. Burning flames and confetti are prohibited, and SoCo reserves the right to refuse decorations deemed inappropriate.

All decorations must be delivered, set up, and removed on the day of your event.

Event Parking

There is no separate event parking lot, and parking is very limited during peak times.

We encourage event hosts to ask guests to carpool whenever possible to help make arrival easier for everyone.

Payments

All charges must be paid in full before or at the conclusion of your event.

Payment is accepted by cash or credit card only. Personal checks are not accepted. Gift Cards, Bonus Cards, and SoCo Bucks cannot be used toward private events.

Leftover Food

To ensure proper food handling, bulk leftover food from the buffet cannot be packaged to go or taken home.

Desserts and a cake you've provided are the exception.

One More Thing Before You Dig In

These items are cooked to order and may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Before ordering, please let your server know if anyone in your party has a food allergy.
